  • When will my order ship? Most in stock orders will leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Out of stock or special orders may take longer, please call us at (877) 857-7209 for more details.
  • Do you ship parts to other countries? Yes. We currently offer shipping to customers in Canada, Mexico and the United States. If you do not live in one of those countries, please give us a call and we will happy to work with you on a special order. (877) 857-7209
  • Do you offer a guarantee on your replacement parts? Most of our aftermarket and replacement parts come with a replacement guarantee. Our DuroForce parts for example comes with a 15-month replacement or money back warranty. Please contact us for more details.
  • What is your return policy? We offer returns on any new, unopened product we sell within 30 days of purchase. For a full overview of our return policy please refer to our Return Policy page.
  • Where do our OEM parts come from? All our OEM parts come direct from the Manufacture. This includes ASV / Terex / CAT / Bair / and others. Our OEM Caterpillar parts are guaranteed to be the same as the original Caterpillar undercarriage part.
